Hi, I'm Lizzie Cowley. I started my training in the Bowen Technique in 2015 and qualified February 2016. I qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2015.

 

The Bowen Technique is a gentle form of musculoskeletal realignment therapy using light rolling type movements over muscle insertions and soft\connective tissue to encourage the body to realign itself. It is another form of pain management.

 

I have also trained in Sports Bowen and Mother and Baby Bowen as additional courses to work with sports injuries, rehabilitation and also with pregnancy from the early stages, to newborns and also children with colic, bedwetting and many other issues.

 

I also teach Usui/Traditional Reiki, Native American Crystal Healing and Shamanic Wand Making, Native American Smudge Stick and Creating Sacred Space, and also Crystals and how to use them courses (all apart from Reiki being personal development courses, Reiki courses are all officially certified and insurable after Reiki Level 2.)

 

Reiki Courses are ran on a 1-1 basis as and when would be suitable for you (provided my diary is clear) Reiki level 1 is for your own self healing and level 2 is your practitioner level. we usually say to leave a minimum of 2 months in between level one and two to gain experience beforehand.
