The Bowen Technique................£35

The Bowen Technique uses a gentle rolling type action over soft tissue to create a signal to the brain. The treatment is non-invasive and no manipulation is used.
​
Just three treatments at weekly intervals are often sufficient to achieve lasting relief from longstanding pain. Following the third session, if you have found benefit, then we can look at top up treatments every few weeks to suit you. It is a very gentle technique and can be performed through light clothing.
This treatment can be used from the early stages of pregnancy to newborn babies as it is fantastic for helping ease birthing, infant colic, morning sickness and other pregnancy symptoms but also treating the baby when born to help with the stress from birth and help their alignment.
I also work with sports injuries and rehabilitation. A growing number of athletes and professional sports people are finding that with regular Bowen sessions, it enhances performance and reduces incident of injury. Then, when injury does occur (especially tissue damage), Bowen can bring rapid relief and a quick return to their sport.

Treatments usually last between 45 minutes to an hour and a consultation will be taken on the first session.
